Update from Sierra Madre Sue

First off - my sincere apologies to those who went to Cafe 322 last night in hopes of hearing the unique sounds of MAX BUDA. I got the info. off of the club's website, but apparently Mario had to make a change and I didn't find out about it until about 6pm yesterday evening. I called a handful of the "usual suspects" as soon as I heard, to let them know, but I'm sure there were some I missed. I was looking forward to the show (and some fine Italian food) myself! MAX BUDA WILL RETURN TO CAFE 322 ON WED. 1/23.

Next - the daytime gig this Saturday, 1/12 at Cafe 322 with WOODY MORAN at 2pm is a CD release party and ALL ARE WELCOME. He will be backed by a full band, and CDs will be available for purchase. It didn't make it onto the Cafe 322 calender, but I did confirm it with Mario.

And last but definitely not least - the usual NEW ASTROTURF show at Cafe 322 this Sunday, 1/13 will be not so usual, as we will be celebrating the BIRTHDAY of local celebrity SNOTTY SCOTTY! And seeing as how Scotty pretty much does whatever the f*** he wants, there may be more Hankies and less Astroturf than usual. But we are all just one big happy family anyway, aren't we? So come on down, have some lunch and enjoy the show! Oh yeah, and as Scotty would say - "Don't be an idiot, buy the man a beer!" (Bud for Scotty, Bud Light for me.)
