If you ever wanted to give your opinion about Pasadena ARTS bus services, the Transportation Department has a one-minute online survey for residents, workers and visitors to fill out.
Those who use the bus system can let the department know what they like or dislike, while those who never ride it can express their reasons for not using it.
The information from the survey, as well as other public input, will help shape the bus system’s future service. The Pasadena Area Rapid Transit System has been providing service in Pasadena since 1994. Last year there were 1.6 million riders. The fares is only 50¢, discounted to 25¢ for students, seniors and disabled persons.
