Pasadena Conservatory of Music to hold free concert

The Pasadena Conservatory of Music will feature faculty members in a concert open and free to the public on Friday, October 26 at 7:30 pm. Elizabeth Babor, Annie Chen, Nicolas Gerpe, Heather Millette, Patrick Rosalez, Susan Svrček and Simone Vitucci will perform works by Beethoven, Lesemann, Mozart, Muhl and Okumura. The concert will be held at the Neighborhood Church, 301 N. Orange Grove Boulevard in Pasadena. Seating is limited and reservations are suggested at 626-683-3355.

The recital will range from classic works of the Western music canon such as Mozart's Sonata in e Minor to contemporary works such as Frederick Lesemann's Nataraja, an 8 minute romp for prepared piano to be performed by Susan Svrček of the highly regarded Piano Spheres series.
