Video Games coming to the Greek

VIDEO GAMES LIVE TO PLAYL.A.’S GREEK THEATRE
JUNE 4th Multi-Media Concert Experience Featuring Video Game Music Set to Close E3 Expo

WHAT:
Returning to the city where it began, Video Games Live (VGL) will take the stage at the Greek Theatre as the finale for the three-day E3 Expo (the annual computer and video games trade show).

Since its first show in 2005 at the Hollywood Bowl, combining the power and excitement of a rock concert with the energy and emotion of a symphony orchestra and spiked with the cutting-edge visuals, technology, interactivity, and immersive fun that only video games can provide.

Each multimedia performance delivers the music from the most popular video games of all time (from Mario Brothers, Zelda and Tetris up through Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft and Halo).

WHO:
Tommy Tallarico — the dynamic creator of Video Games Live — is recognized as one of the most successful video game composers in history and is considered the person most instrumental in changing the game industry from “bleeps and bloops” to complex interactive soundtracks.

Last month, Tallarico was awarded the Ambassador Award at the Game Developers Conference for his work in helping to advance the game audio industry.
