Monty Are I to release new album

The Providence, Rhode Island-based Action rock group Monty Are I returns to the front line with the appropriately titled new album, BREAK THROUGH THE SILENCE, scheduled to arrive September 22nd on Island Records. BREAK THROUGH THE SILENCE is the long-awaited follow-up to Monty Are I’s debut album Wall Of People, released August 2006. Their upcoming sophomore release is produced by Matt Squire (Panic! At The Disco, Boys Like Girls, 3oh3!) and Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Good Charlotte).

Monty Are I – comprised of Steve Aiello (vocals, lead guitar), Mike Matarese (bass), Andrew Borstein (keyboards, synthesizer, trombone, sequencing), and identical twins Justin (drums) and Ryan Muir (vocals, trumpet, guitar) – arrived at the Island Def Jam Music Group in 2006, with three Vans Warped Tours under their belt. They've toured nonstop with bands including My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Saving Abel and more! In addition, Monty Are I’s “The Legacy” was also featured in Xbox/PS2 games; ATV, Offroad Fury 4 and Tony Hawk’s Project 8.
