The Recreation and Community Services Department will be celebrating the end of summer with our annual carnival on Wednesday, August 10th from 10am – 2pm at Eisenhower Memorial Park (corner of 2nd and Colorado) in Arcadia. This year’s theme is “Under the Big Top”. Enjoy crafts, raffles, a photo booth, a balloonist and a caricature artist. Carnival games are available for a nominal fee and offer fun, kid- friendly prizes, so be sure to bring lots of change. Bring a picnic lunch or purchase a delicious snack from our snack bar.
