Our season will truly start with a highpoint! In 2002, Peggy Dark and Sue Campoy of Julienne’s helped us to inaugurate the Fresh cooking program at the Arboretum, and we are thrilled to welcome her back!
Peggy spent many years offering cooking classes in Pasadena, as well as the occasional cooking tour to Europe. As her three children grew older, she gained the opportunity to devote herself full-time to her lifelong fascination with the preparation of fine food. The Kitchen was born in 1984.
For over two decades, Peggy Dark of the Kitchen for Exploring Foods has provided exceptional catering to all of southern California. The Kitchen has received the Zagat Award of Distinction, and has been featured in the New York Times and on NBC's Today show. The extraordinary quality of The Kitchen's food, service, and presentation has ensured its reputation as one of the top catering firms in Los Angeles. www.thekitchen.net
