Yellowcard to release catalog on vinyl

When YELLOWCARD decided to end their hiatus and return with more music, they weren't kidding. With the release of their critically-hailed latest album When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes on Hopeless Records, fans were treated with brand new music which signaled the band's triumphant return. On September 13, 2011, Yellowcard and Hopeless are unleashing the band's catalog on vinyl.

"For the first time ever, The Underdog EP, Ocean Avenue, Lights and Sounds, and Paper Walls will be available on vinyl," posted the band in a joint statement. "You will be able to get each one as well as When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes individually, or purchase them all as a box set exclusively from the Hopeless Records online store at www.hopelessrecords.com/yellowcard . Pre-sale for the records will begin at 4pm EST / 1pm PST on August 2nd and there is a limited amount, so be sure to get yours then."

The limited edition vinyl boxset boasts each of the releases on different colored vinyl all packaged in an exclusive collectors box and will be sold only through Hopeless Records' webstore ($80). Each of the vinyl records will be available through the webstore and retail outlets on black vinyl (suggested retail price: $18 each).

Yellowcard's seventh studio album When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes was released in March on Hopeless Records to unanimous acclaim and high chart positions worldwide, including #9 Alternative in Canada, #6 Alternative in Australia, #1 Indie Album Breakers in the UK and #19 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums in the U.S. The band will be touring the U.S. this fall.
