Check Yo Ponytail 2 just closed of a tremendous 2011 on December 6th with raving sets by Boys Noize, Switch for their 1st Anniversary Party, a year where the celebrated party saw their first ever national tour as well.

Franki Chan (IHEARTCOMIX), Danny Johnson (Media Contender) and Zane Landreth form CYP2 and always treat their audiences the best mix of new and established artists – from rock, dance, hip hop, and all that is in between. Check Yo’s first year back marked the party’s first national tour, which featured Spank Rock, Big Freedia, Pictureplane, The Death Set and Franki Chan, and sold out in many American cities. Previous LA events have featured buzz artists like Das Racist, Boys Noize, Yelawolf, Light Asylum, Wavves, and Holy Ghost!
