Ish to perform at Dewey Beach Music Conference

WHO: NYC based indie rock band ism are confirmed to perform on Friday, September 28
as part of the Dewey Beach Music Conference. With a sound that fuses Nine Inch Nails with Radiohead, NYC indie rock band ism shine lyrically and musically.
The new CD "Urgency" -- Produced by Joe Blaney of Clash fame -- is complete. Breakout tracks include Songs such as Urgency, AshandRose and Graffiti - all of which point to the songwriting prowess of lead singer Andre Mistier, and to the cohesive, precision playing of the band. The band enjoys the challenge of recreating their studio sound live on stage where they combine organic instruments with trippy electronic sounds. Their set features songs from the forthcoming CD album as well as songs from their critically acclaimed debut CD, "Monkey Underneath."
WHAT: Now in its 6th year, Dewey Beach Music Conference may not be the biggest music conference in the northeast, but it has garnered more than its fair share of critical acclaim, rave reviews and enthusiastic return participants. This is due in no small part to the consistent quality of talent and its location. With three nights of showcases and two days of demo & mentoring sessions, tradeshow and industry meet & greet events; there are plenty of networking opportunities and great live performances.
