Multiple Grammy® Award winner and entertainer Randy Travis is set to release Songs of the Season, on September 25, 2007. His first Christmas album in 18 years, Songs of the Season is a collection of sacred and traditional favorites. The albums first singles, “Labor of Love” and “Nothin’s Gonna Bring Me Down At Christmas Time,” releases to CCM and Country radio formats, respectively, mid October.
Travis lends his unmistakable baritone voice to 13 Christmas classics including; “Away in A Manger,” “O Holy Night,” “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,” “Angels We Have Heard On High,” and “Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow.”
Having sold over 25 million albums in his career, Randy Travis is one of the most popular artists in the history of country music. Twenty years ago, Travis released his debut album, “Storms of Life” which quickly became a multi-platinum hit, producing two No. 1 singles and bringing back a traditional sound to country music.
