Blake Shelton's new video added to CMT's Hot Shot Rotation

Blake Shelton’s music video for his hot new single, “Home,” will be added to CMT’s Hot Shot Rotation starting today, Monday, April 7 and will also be featured on CMT’s Top Twenty Countdown on Thursday, April 10. GAC will add “Home” into their Power Rotation, starting today. The video is also available on www.blakeshelton.com.

Shelton’s video was filmed in Nashville and directed by Stephen Scott, Picture Vision. Scenes switch between a lonely Shelton waiting in an airport and a forlorn Shelton in various hotel rooms across the world – from Paris to Rome to New York. The longing for home and the one he loves is evident in each scene. At the conclusion of the video Shelton is reunited with his love – and is finally home.

PURE BS DELUXE EDITION will be in stores on May 6. The album will include all of the previously released songs that were on PURE BS, including singles “Don’t Make Me,” and “The More I Drink.” It will also include three new tracks including Shelton’s current smash hit, “Home,” as well as two additional unreleased songs written by Shelton, “Chances” and “I Can’t Walk Away.”

Ringtone for “Home” is available now and “Home” video single will be available on iTunes on April 22.

Comedy Video of the Year nominee Shelton hosts the “2008 CMT Music Awards Video of the Year Special,” and it will be re-aired Tuesday, April 8 2:00pm ET, Wednesday, April 9 5:00pm ET, Saturday, April 12 10:00am ET, Monday, April 14 9:00am and 4:00pm ET.
