CMJ Music Marathon & Film Festival announces more performers

The CMJ Music Marathon & Film Festival, announced its second round of performing artists this afternoon which will include: The xx, Pig Destroyer, Eyehategod, Patrick Watson, Z-Trip, Midnight Juggernauts, Saul Williams, Janelle Monae, Superdrag, Miles Benjamin Anthony Robinson, Bear Hands and UUVVWWZ. CMJ Music Marathon is also pleased to announce its unique partnership with the Tony Award-winning revival of HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical. Members of the storied musical's team will discuss the new, exhilarating production as part of CMJ Music Marathon's far-reaching four-day panel discussion program on Friday

October 23, 2009, alongside an invigorating musical performance for CMJ Music Marathon attendees. A limited number of tickets to the full Broadway production at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre will be made available during the week of the event.

Panel and performance will take place at 2:15pm at New York University, Helen and Martin Kimmel Center for Student Life, Eisner & Lubin Auditorium, 60 Washington Square South.
