Arcadia to offer dog nose works class

Looking for something fun to do with your dog? The Recreation and Community Services Department is offering an urban dog sport class. Nose Works builds confidence, burns excess energy and strengthens the bond with your dog. Dogs have an amazing sense of smell and a natural desire to hunt.

This class focuses on teaching you how to encourage and develop your dog’s natural scenting abilities by using their desire to hunt and their love of toys, food and exercise.

This class begins Thursday, September 23rd and is held at the Arcadia Community Center, 365 Campus Drive, Arcadia on the back patio.

Class times are 6:00-7:30pm or 7:45-9:15pm. Cost is $120 for eight weeks.

Call 626.574.5113 today for more information or go to the city’s website at www.ci.arcadia.ca.us under the Recreation and Community Services Department!
