Cost Plus launches Rock Your Summer contest, benefit and more

This summer Cost Plus World Market ( www.worldmarket.com ) is celebrating great nostalgic summertime experiences like backyard BBQs, beach gatherings, block parties and fun music with its “Rock Your Summer” promotion from June 26 through July 23, 2011. As the premier sponsor of The Go-Go’s concert at The Greek Theatre on Wednesday, August 17, World Market is giving one winner and 10 of his or her lucky friends the chance to see The Go-Go’s live in concert in Los Angeles, with a VIP party and an opportunity to meet the band. The winner also receives a $2,000 World Market gift card. Customers can enter for a chance to win World Market’s “The Go-Go’s Getaway Sweepstakes” at www.worldmarket.com.

Also, World Market customers who shop the Los Angeles and Orange County-area stores and spend $40 or more in mid-July, will have a chance to receive two free tickets to The Go-Go’s concert at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday, August 17, 2011. A limited number of tickets will be available; for more information, go to
