Wine Soiree benefit for Diamond Bar Library April 13

Tickets are available around Diamond Bar for the 20th annual Wine Soirée to benefit the Diamond Bar Library.  This is the “social event of the year in Diamond Bar” so do not miss this opportunity to have a great afternoon of good company, music, food and wine tasting and also know that all the proceeds will directly benefit the Diamond Bar Library. 

The Friends of the Library is sponsoring the Beer and Wine Garden at the Diamond Bar Birthday on Saturday, April 13 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and tickets to the Soirée will be available that day so stop by that day to visit with the Friends, purchase your Soiree tickets and find out more about the great organization in Diamond Bar.

Tickets also can be purchased at these Diamond Bar locations:  Basically BOOKS, 23447 Golden Springs Drive; California Bank & Trust, 1200 S. According to co-chairs, Nancy Lyons, Rick Rogers and Tony Torng, countless books and other materials have been purchased, many interesting and informative children, teen and adult programs have been sponsored. Larger purchases include the outdoor electronic sign, furniture for the library, self-checkout stations and the $80,000 donated last year to the new library construction 

Come and join this festive and exciting afternoon with delicious food from local restaurants, great wine from the Jerry Mead New World International Wine Competition, music, and exciting book, silent and live auctions. Restaurant food hosts who are serving delicious food samples are Aljibani Halal Market, Chili’s Grill and Bar, Claro’s Italian Restaurant, Coco’s Restaurant, Diamond Bar Golf Course Catering, Diamond Palace, East 180, Graber Olive House, It’s A Grind, Julie’s Café, Kyala Sushi & Japanese Cuisine, Mandarin Taste Restaurant, Mimi’s Café, Mother’s Market & Kitchen, Nini Bakery, Ranch House, Round Table Pizza, The Whole Enchilada and Yellow Bus Cafe. 
The annual Wine Soirée is an institution in Diamond Bar and is a great way to meet new and old friends and neighbors. Tickets are $50 per person in advance and $60 at the door.  A unique souvenir wine glass and program are included with each ticket.  Tickets are available by calling 909 861-2002.
