Fresh from a triumphant appearance at the recent Ventura County Blues Festival, acclaimed singer-songwriter-guitarist Dave Widow performs his Chicago blues and soul-inspired music at some select SoCal area shows before departing to teach at Down 2 The Crossroads blues guitar camp in historic Clarksdale, Miss.

Widow's recently-released album "Waiting For The World To End" is currently receiving regular airplay on SiriusXM station "Bluesville" along with other stations around the country and worldwide. The album - featuring Widow's smooth vocals and tasteful guitar technique - was touted by the Blues Foundation as a Top Five Finalist in the "Best Self-Produced CD" category this year. Waiting For The World To End has received sparkling reviews (see below). Other recent Widow accolades: 2012 "Hot 100 Artist of the Year" selection by respected trade publication, Music Connection; and a "Musical Group of the Year" nomination from the 2012 Los Angeles Music Awards.
