Auction planned to help Canine Companions for Independence

9-year-old Kyle is a generous young entrepreneur inspired by the work of a national non-profit organization, Canine Companions for Independence. Canine Companions provides highly trained assistance dogs and follow up services to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. All services from Canine Companions for Independence are provided at no charge. For the last two years Kyle has operated a lemonade stand and raised over $20,000, all of which he donated to Canine Companions.

A NEW VENTURE – With the spirit of a true entrepreneur, Kyle is holding a one-of-a-kind ebay auction, to benefit Canine Companions for Independence. Through Animal Radio and the gracious donation from Bamboo Pet with 100 of their patented dog collars, Kyle will be auctioning the dog collars signed by celebrities. Participating celebrities include Hank Aaron, Billy Joel, Donald Trump, Joe Nameth, Bobby Nystrom, Robison Cano, Steve Park, Betty White, Sheena Easton, Denis Leary, Leslie Nielson, Tatum O'Neil, Lenny Clark, Bobby Murcer and many more, including the entire cast of the FX television series Rescue Me.

AUCTION ENDS SEPTEMBER 14TH – To bid on one of these unique collars, and support Kyle and Canine Companions follow these four easy steps by September 10th :

THE GOAL – Kyle's goal is to raise $10,000 with this auction. 100% of the auction's proceeds will go directly to Canine Companions for Independence to change the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs free of charge.
