Send a virtual kiss and help a child

Spread the kisses for OPERATION SMILE THIS VALENTINE’S DAY

WHAT:
Smooching, canoodling, snogging... Valentine's Day is the biggest kissing holiday of the year, and this year, kissing can be for a good cause. People all over the country are invited to send a virtual kiss to someone they like, love or have a crush on through Abreva.com to benefit Operation Smile, a worldwide organization whose volunteers repair facial deformities in children. For each virtual kiss sent, $1 will be donated to Operation Smile, literally bringing a smile to a child's face.

WHO:
Founded in 1982, Operation Smile, headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, is a worldwide children’s medical charity whose network of global volunteers are dedicated to helping improve the health and lives of children and young adults. Since its founding, Operation Smile volunteers have treated more than 115,000 children born with cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities. In addition to contributing free medical treatment, Operation Smile trains local medical professionals in its 26 partner countries and leaves behind crucial equipment to lay the groundwork for long-term self-sufficiency.

HOW:
For the month of February, simply visit www.abreva.com and click on the “Kiss it Forward” icon to deliver a virtual kiss to a loved one. To send a kiss via text message, text the word “KISS” to 8KISS to download a mobile kiss that you can then forward to your Valentine.

WHEN:
February 14th is the big day to give out your virtual kisses! (but kisses will benefit Operation Smile for the entire month of February)
