Vote for your favorite Bodog Battle band finalist

Following one seriously hot contest between the Bodog Battle finalists, Bodog Founder Calvin Ayre has decided to offer a lifeline to each band vying for the show's grand prize - a $1 million recording contract with Bodog Music.

"Because of the exceptionally high standard of entries this year I've decided to give every band that has participated in Bodog Battle one last chance," says Bodog's billionaire boss. "I'm offering them all the chance to compete at this summer's World Grand Finale by earning one of two new 'wildcard' berths. These spots will go to the two bands that get the most online votes. So, ultimately, the fans are going to decide."

Bands will need to rally support and get fans to vote for them from April 1 at 6 a.m. to April 30 at 6 p.m. Votes can be cast online at bodoglife.net

The "wildcards" will join the following eight bands from the U.S., Canada and Europe in Bodog Battle's World Grand Finale:

GERMANY
BERLIN
SPLINTER X

DENMARK
COPENHAGEN
TIM SCHOU

UK
MANCHESTER
THE RAW

CANADA
TORONTO
40 SONS & DAUGHTERS

USA
NEW YORK
ALL GROWN UP

CHICAGO

ATLANTA

In addition to earning a coveted berth in the finals, the band with the most wildcard votes will receive a bonus prize of a Bodog Battle backline which includes two Mesa Boogie guitar amps and cabinets, a Mesa Boogie bass amp and cabinet, a five-piece Tama drum kit and three Paiste cymbals.

Bodog Battle has unearthed some of the best unsigned talent in the world, including 2007 winners Fall From Grace. The Seattle, WA. rockers are currently in the studio working on their highly anticipated summer release.
