Inland Valley storytellers presents...TELLEBRATION! 2009 is an International Night of Storytelling which is held every November on the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
Begun in 1987 by Connecticut storyteller J. J. Pinkerton, the goal of this event is to raise the level of awareness of this ancient art form in the adult community. Often adults assume that storytelling is meant only for children, but there are many stories, both personal and folk tales, that appeal to adults.
In the past 7 years (2003-2009), The Inland Valley Storytellers were one of over 180 Tellabration! events in 38 states and 4 other countries! For further information contact John St. Clair at (909) 983-8501.
