Clinico low-cost spay/neuter clinic reopens in Pico Rivera Saturday

The grand re-opening celebration & free community event planned on behalf of Clinico, the operator of full-time, high-quality, low-cost, spay/neuter clinics in greater Los Angeles, will include free sterilizations for companion animals (appointments required), low-cost vaccinations, resources for pet owners, free giveaways, canine trainers on hand to advise on common issues and shelter animals available for adoption care of SEAACA. Additionally, thanks to a grant from Found Animals Foundation, Clinico will announce a free spay/neuter promotion for pet owners of cats, chihuahuas, chihuahua mixes, pitbulls and pitbull mixes, residing in zip codes 90660 and 90201. Tours of the working clinic will be given.

SPAY DAY USA is the worldwide event through which more than one million spay and neuter surgeries were performed last year. Clinico strives to serve the City of Pico Rivera and surrounding areas to reduce animal shelter intake and the euthanasia of healthy dogs and cats by providing low-cost spay/neuter services to the underserved community. The Pico Rivera location was the first operational clinic amongst Clinico’s plan to operate multiple high-volume clinics in targeted parts of Los Angeles by 2012.
