Coming May 11 to Pasadena's Central Park...
Flintridge Bookstore is happy to participate in LitFest 2.0, Pasadena's second annual community literary festival on May 11 from 10-5 in the city's Central Park. There will be approximately 50 exhibitors, as well as a packed schedule of panels, readings, workshops, and performances for all ages. For program information, go to http://litfestpasadena.org
Patricia Krebs is also bringing large puppets she created of characters from the first book she illustrated
"Zee...Adventure One: Borrowing China"
written by Marcie Gilbert
Copies of that book will be available as well.
IN CONVERSATION authors Megan Marshall and Marisa Silver will be featured on the Julia Child Stage, discussing their respective titles"Margaret Fuller: A New American Life" and "Mary Coin," both dealing with important women in history.
