Come join Avon as it embarks upon its 6th annual Hello Tomorrow Beauty Tour which will be in New York City September 13th at Grand Central Station from 8am-7pm. The Hello Tomorrow Avon Beauty Tour, a customized 1,600 square foot beauty pavilion, offers a one-of-a-kind, interactive experience designed to help women discover a more beautiful tomorrow with Avon. Visitors can stop by to receive free makeovers, sample beauty bars, take home the latest and greatest that Avon has to offer, add to the Hello Tomorrow Wishing Wall and so much more - all while helping the Sanctuary for Families win the chance to receive a $20,000 grant from Avon!!
By posting a wish on the Wishing Wall and completing an entry form, each visitor is automatically entered for a chance to win $1,000 to make that wish a reality and, in addition, Avon is giving a $20,000 donation to the city that collects the most wishes for their local domestic violence agency.
In New York, Avon is working with Sanctuary for Families, an agency offering integrated legal, clinical, shelter and economic stability services exclusively to domestic violence victims and their children. In addition to providing direct services for nearly 8,000 women and children each year, Sanctuary connects with thousands of individuals through its outreach, education and advocacy work.
We've received signed wishing wall cards from Jennifer Hudson and Lauren Conrad (star of MTV's The Hills) and Callie Thorne (star of FX's Rescue Me) will be on hand signing her card and answering questions about why she wanted to get involved as a woman and as a New Yorker.
