Jenn Laskey/ RedLight Special Events & Kim Koury/ SPIN PR proudly presents “ERA”, a monthly, upscale, era-inspired event series under the stars featuring the most talented musicians and DJs in the industry. The private location is in an 1928 art deco gem called THE OVIATT PENTHOUSE, also known as 'The Art Deco Castle in the Air', adjacent to the famed “Cicada” restaurant. In the past, the space has only been available for weddings and private events, and now has opened its penthouse doors for the first time for RedLight & SPIN to create a party like no other.
RedLight & SPIN’s vision for “ERA” was to create a summer special event series/ club alternative in the vibe of an authentic 1920’s event; fully embracing the glamour and splendor of the vintage era when the building was erected, with mesmerizing 1920’s art deco architecture, original penthouse furnishings, DJ & live music blending the past with the present, and an artistic and gorgeous crowd urged to dress in cocktail and/or 1920’s theme attire. Surrounded by 360-degree views of downtown Los Angeles, "ERA" aims to transport guests back in time, creating a party unlike anything else in LA.
