HED PE
w/ Big B, The Dirtball & Mower
06/19 Key Club – Hollywood, CA

A little background:

HED PE formed in Huntington Beach in 1994 and pioneered the ‘G-Punk’ movement, combining elements of hip hop with alternative and punk rock. They achieved major label success and have performed alongside bands such as System of a Down, KoRn and Static-X. They have released 8 studio albums, with the most recent being 2008’s ‘New World Orphans’ on Suburban Noize Records. The album debuted at #4 on Billboard’s Top Independent Albums chart and the single “Renegade” has been a Top 40 track for Active Rock radio for months! “Renegade” is currently ranked as high as #6 at some Active Rock stations.

BIG B is the Official Suburban Noize Heavyweight and a true ‘American Underdog’. BIG B originally rose to notoriety by being one of the vocalists of hip-hop/reggae act OPM. BIG B then also began a solo career at Suburban Noize Records in addition to his duties with OPM. He has released five solo records, with the most recent being ‘American Underdog’ earlier this year. The album spawned a monstrous hit single called “Sinner” and features guest vocals from Scott Russo (Unwritten Law). “Sinner” is currently #29 at Alternative Rock Radio and is charted as high as #2 at some radio stations.
