Blue Planet—Seasonal Seas, a high-definition documentary, will be presented on Saturday, February 20, at 2 p.m. in Caltech’s Beckman Auditorium.
Seasonal Seas features luminescent jellyfish and forests of giant kelp, the fastest growing plant in the world. The sea is also home to sea otters, anemones, squid, and sea dragons. Jillian Dempsey of Caltech’s division of chemistry and chemical engineering, will introduce the program and guide the post-screening discussion.
Tickets to this performance are priced at $5.00. Tickets can be purchased at the Caltech Ticket Office, 332 South Michigan Avenue, Pasadena.
