Usher at San Manuel Casino April 8

Thursday, April 8, 2010, San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino welcomes superstar and entertainer Usher Raymond IV to San Manuel for an unforgettable evening of all his classics. Tickets are available now at Ticketmaster.com and the San Manuel Box Office for $80, $90 and $100.
Just releasing his seventh album, Raymond v. Raymond, Usher is set to bring new chart-topping hits such as the new single, "OMG", and tons of favorites like "Burn" to the heart-pounding crowd at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino.

Discovered on "Star Search," Usher signed with LaFace Records, where he has since raised the bar in the music industry. With over 45 million records sold world wide, the singer, composer, producer, actor, businessman, designer and philanthropist has been celebrated for nearly two decades. It was with the release of his fourth album, "8701" in 2001 which included "U Remind Me" and U Don’t Have to Call," that he received Grammy Awards in the Best Male R&B Vocal Performance category for both hits.

However, it was his "Confessions" album that propelled him into fame with over one million copies sold in the first week of release in 2004—the highest debut-week numbers ever for a male R&B artist. With album hits such as "Confessions Part II," "Burn," and "Yeah!", Usher became the first solo artist to have three singles inside the Hot 100 Top 10. This album won Usher three Grammy Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards, four World Music Awards, four American Music Awards and 11 Billboard Music Awards.

"They say to be an entertainment, you have to do it all," says Usher. "When I was young and decided I wanted to be in entertainment, I watched people like Bob Fosse, Sammy Davis Jr. and Ben Vereen. They were triple threats—dancing, acting, and singing. It really inspired me. I want to live up to that title and showcase all of my talents and be able to say I’ve experienced it all, and had fun in the process."

Usher not only entertains his audiences with music, he has become very involved in all aspects of entertainment. Usher is part owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, has launched a line of fragrances for men and women, and with his eye for talent discovered teen heartthrob Justin Bieber.
Every Thursday night with headliner entertainment, San Manuel gives away $1,000 just for seeing the show.
