Due to delay problems in obtaining their working visas on time, VNV NATION have been forced to reschedule the first two dates of their impending U.S. tour which was set to kick off tomorrow evening at Los Angeles' Mayan Theatre. The only other date affected is Friday night's show at the Nile Theatre in Mesa, AZ. Band members Ronan Harris and Mark Jackson have issued the following joint statement about the rescheduling of the two shows:
We are very sorry to have to announce that, because of an unforeseen delay in the visa process, and getting our working visas returned to us in time, we are unable to travel to the US until Friday, November 18th. As a result, we have had to reschedule the show at the Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles and the Nile Theatre in Phoenix.
NO OTHER SHOWS ON THE TOUR ARE AFFECTED.
The tour will now start in San Diego on Saturday the 19th of November.
The show at the Mayan in LA has been rescheduled for March 15th. The show at the Nile Theatre in Phoenix has been rescheduled for March 17th. Tickets for the rescheduled shows will be valid on the new dates. If you prefer to get a refund for your ticket, please contact the outlet where you bought your ticket.
