FINNEGAN & COULTER.
Brian Fennegan & William Coulter....Irish flute and whistle wizard Brian Finnegan, and Grammy Award-winning  guitarist William Coulter, are both veterans of the traditional music world. Brian spent the last many years touring and recording with the legendary Anglo-Irish band Flook, who won the Best Group at the BBC Folk Awards in 2006. William has been exploring traditional music for over 20 years and has performed with some of the best musicians on both sides of the Atlantic. He won a Grammy in 2004 for his solo guitar contribution to "Henry Mancini: Pink Guitar." Brian and William met at the Boxwood flute camp in Nova Scotia during the summer of 2008, where both were teaching. A concert was in the works and the lads enjoyed playing together so much they talked about the possibility of touring as a duo. When Flook disbanded amicably at the end of 2008, the time seemed right for Brian and Bill to join forces. These two virtuosos play original and traditional tunes with masterful technique and fluidity. Their dynamic energy and artistry is an experience not to be missed. This will be their third US tour together.
