Reigning CMA and ACM Female Vocalist Carrie Underwood will begin television appearances this weekend to promote her new album, Carnival Ride, due in stores October 23. Her first performance is set as part of the Grand Ole Opry’s 82nd Birthday Bash Celebration on Saturday, October 20 when Underwood makes the television debut of her co-written single “So Small” on Opry Live on GAC. Additional appearances include Good Morning America October 23 LIVE in Times Square, Live with Regis and Kelly October 24 and on Friday, October 26 Underwood will perform on the CBS Early Show.
After wrapping up in New York City next week, Underwood will head to the City of Angels for an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Monday, October 29 followed the next week by a performance on The Ellen Show November 5. Later in the week Underwood will make her third appearance on the 41st Annual CMA Awards set for November 7 in Nashville where she is a triple nominee. Underwood is also slated for another appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman on November 13.
CMT Insider will air an exclusive interview with Underwood and host Katie Cook on Saturday, October 20. GAC’s Country Across America will also feature a sit down with host Storme Warren on Thursday, October 18, and Underwood will also appear on GAC Nights October 23.
More television appearances will be announced soon for November and December.
