The first 60 bands and solo artists to sign up at FameCast.com will have a chance to perform live for a free, professional video courtesy of FameCast that will be automatically entered into Season 4 of the online competition. FameCast will reveal the submissions online in December.
Los Angeles-area artists can also enter the FameCast competition by uploading their own video directly to FameCast.com, where they’ll battle other contestants on their choice of 12 different virtual “stages.” The acts receiving the most fan votes on each stage will win $10,000 and international industry exposure. Top artists will also receive industry opportunities like festival gigs and development deals. FameCast categories span Pop, Rock, Hip Hop/R&B, Country, Singer-Songwriter, Spoken Word, Electronic, Spiritual, Latin, Comedy, Dance and Film/Animation.
