2(x)ist to host interactive event in LA

2(x)ist, the forerunner in designer men’s underwear will host an interactive model event outside of the Kitson Men’s store in Los Angeles. Male and female models clad in nothing but underwear from 2(x)ist’s new Carbon collection will parade on the street outside of the men’s retailer, handing out free beverages.

The event will take place Saturday, November 17th from 12pm-5pm and is a reminder to both men and women to be proud of and take care of their bodies, health and “existence” – which is what 2(x)ist is all about. In conjunction, the beverages and Carbon underwear are all products that are beneficial to the body.

2(x)ist’s Carbon collection is made with a fabrication that blends carbon infused fibers by the burning of bamboo, and then blends the fiber with poly-tech in order to create a durable, tech fabrication that is beneficial to the body. The fabric is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, deodorizing, breathable and moisture wicking. It also promotes blood circulation and metabolism through far-infrared properties and reduces static electricity via the removal of negative irons in the environment. The models will distribute 2(x)ist branded water, along with IZZE juice, which is a naturally sweet, caffeine-free, natural fruit juice with a splash of sparkling water.

2(x)ist is today’s choice for the man who wants the latest look in casual but sophisticated underwear. The products are cut to accentuate a man’s body and the designers continue to refine and redefine consumer expectations. 2(x)ist’s always innovative efforts and unique events hold true to the brand’s concept of “existing” and have lead to it’s rapid increase in popularity and demand.

After their first runway show at LA Fashion week, hosted by the LA Laker Girls, 2(x)ist recently held their Spring ‘08 show at NYC fashion week and made a big splash with surprise celebrity host Carmen Electra - who performed above the runway in an aerial hoop.
