Langham Huntington Hotel & Spa, Pasadena, announces new summer menus

Beginning May 1, 2009 The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa is pleased to announce new “Summer Select” prix fixe menus in The Dining Room and The Terrace for dinner, and a special “Power Lunch” menu in The Terrace for lunch. The three course, prix fixe menus are designed to give locals, visitors and foodies the opportunity to indulge in a variety of selections from each restaurant at a discounted price.

Summer Select Prix Fixe Menu in The Dining Room
The “Summer Select” menu in The Dining Room includes three different appetizers, main courses and desserts to choose from, all containing the freshest, highest-quality ingredients that are carefully crafted by Chef de Cuisine Craig Strong. Some menu highlights include Beef Carpaccio, Pork Belly Confit, and a Chocolate Tart with Whiskey Ice Cream. The menu is available Tuesday – Thursday nights in The Dining Room and is priced at $59 per person, not including alcoholic beverages, tax or gratuity. Available May 1 – July 30, 2009 in The Dining Room.

Summer Select Prix Fixe Menus in The Terrace
The Terrace is pleased to offer two different “Summer Select” prix fixe menus to cater to a wide variety of guests. Both menus include choices of a starter, an entrée and a dessert, and they are priced at $42 per person or $55 per person, not including alcoholic beverages, tax or gratuity. Menu highlights include Chorizo Crusted Salmon, Grilled Filet Mignon, Seared Sea Scallops and Soufflé of the day. Available May 1 – September 3, 2009 in The Terrace.


Power Lunch Menu in The Terrace
The Terrace is also launching the “Power Lunch” this summer, a prix fixe menu perfect for business colleagues looking for a gourmet lunch in a casual, alfresco setting that is affordable and delivered in a timely manner. Some menu highlights include Gazpacho Soup, Penne Regatta, Ginger Beef Salad and Crème Brule. The Power Lunch is priced at $25 per person, not including alcoholic beverages, tax or gratuity. Available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 pm. Monday – Saturday from May 1 – September 3, 2009 in The Terrace.
