Sherwin Linton releases "Global Warming Christmas"

Airplay Specialists is proud to recommend "Global Warming Christmas" by Sherwin Linton.

Global Warming or Climate Change?

The controversy continues, and this holiday season Santa finds himself smack dab in the middle of it all! "Global Warming Christmas" pokes humorous fun at Santa's misfortune on this slippery-slope-of-a-sleigh-ride!

Sherwin Linton, currently based in Minneapolis, journeyed to Nashville in the mid 60's and recorded "Cotton King," a song that catapulted him to the top of the country charts. Following the release of a live tribute album, “Hello, I'm Not Johnny Cash,” Sherwin received multiple national nominations from the CMA and ACM (and praise from Johnny Cash himself).

Subsequent hits included the 1986 novelty song “Santa Got a DWI,” an anti-drunk driving song that hit the charts and became a Christmas favorite (and has sold over 1 million copies!).

Sherwin has been a life long Country Music ambassador who continues to tour doing 225+ dates a year
