TFT may ring a bell because their single A Little Faster was featured in the Cartoon Network's film Ben 10: Alien Swarm, won the 2008 Breaking Woodie Award for Breakout Artist of the Year (over artists like All Time Low, Lykke Li, Tiga, etc.) from MTV's college channel mtvU, were named one of Alternative Press 100 Bands You Need To Know in 2009, and were plastered on the highly-coveted cover of their hometown's city tome, Orlando Magazine, with the distinction of being the youngest cover artists ever!
THERE FOR TOMORROW are joining forces with Hot Topic, Sub City, Hopeless Records, Alternative Press Magazine, AbsolutePunk, MySpace Music, S-Curve Records, Atlantic Records, and Fueled By Ramen Records to raise funds & awareness for non-profit organizations.
In its 9th year, this specific tour will focus on 14-year old Patrick Pedraja's organization Driving For Donors who was diagnosed with Leukemia at age 10. He started his organization when he realized how many people were dying because they couldn't find a bone marrow match. The goal of this tour is to register 2,010 people for the National Marrow Registry.
To date Pat has added over 22k donors to the registry, saved more than 24 people's lives with matches, and raised over $100k for tissue typing fees and drive expenses by selling advertising on his bald head. He's been honored by the United States Congress, CNN Heroes, and DoSomething.org...
TFT recently released a new record titled A Little Faster, which was produced by James Paul Wisner (Dashboard Confessional, UnderOATH, Paramore) & David Bendeth (Breaking Benjamin, All Time Low, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus). It debuted at #179 Top Current Albums on the Billboard Charts and was #4 Alternative New Artist Albums & #8 Top New Artist Albums.
