A Celtic Christmas at Caltech Dec. 3

A Celtic Christmas will be presented on Saturday, December 3, at 8 p.m. in Caltech’s Beckman Auditorium.

Tomaseen Foley’s A Celtic Christmas recreates on stage the now-famous Rambling House, the remote cottage in the West of Ireland where the neighbors gather every year for a communal night before Christmas. There, the rafters ring with traditional music, Irish Christmas songs, traditional dance and stories of life in the remote parish of Teampall an Ghleannain, Tomaseen’s birthplace.

A Celtic Christmas features a world-class ensemble of musicians, dancers and singers from both sides of the Atlantic.

Tickets to this performance are priced at $32.00, $27.00, and $22.00; youth (high school age and younger): $10.00. Senior rush tickets will go on sale for $10.00, beginning one-half hour before the performance (subject to availability). Tickets can be purchased at the Caltech Ticket Office, 332 S. Michigan Ave., Pasadena.

Parking for Beckman Auditorium is located at 332 S. Michigan Ave., Pasadena (south of Del Mar Boulevard). For further information, call the Caltech Ticket Office at (626) 395-4652.
