Pasadena residents invited to meet new Public Works Dept director

Pasadenans are invited to a reception to welcome Siobhan Foster, director of the Pasadena Public Works Department, Thursday, Nov. 10, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the grand entrance of Pasadena City Hall, 100 N. Garfield Ave.



Foster, who began her new duties Oct. 26, formerly was director of the Riverside Public Works Department.
