Putumayo Kids Presents World Sing Along releases in November. This collection of international songs features artists as diverse as NYC's Dan Zanes and Father Goose, as well as the Pihcintu Multinational Children's Chorus and artists from other countries.

The release also features Asheba www.asheba.net, a Trinidad born artist now based in the Bay Area. This is the fifth time he's been featured on a Putumayo Kids release, and he performs THIS SUNDAY morning, November 4th, at McCabe's  .

A listening page for Putumayo Kids'
 World Sing-Along is here:

The new CD includes 11 songs from a variety of cool artists (Dan Zanes, Angelique Kidjo, Asheba, Frances England, Father Goose, etc.), ending with "Around the World" by the  Pihcintu Multinational Children's Chorus. This chorus (based in Portland, Maine) features girls and young women from refugee families and war-torn nations. Founder Con Fullam tells me that two of the new members are from Afghanistan.
