Wintersleep to tour

Wintersleep, a band The Wall Street Journal spotlights for a sound that "broods, billows and stalks the listener with soaring vocals, punching drums and waves of guitars," will set out on a US tour on October 29 in Boston, MA. This 3-week run of dates is in support of their acclaimed album Hello Hum, a record praised by MTV, MSN and Paste Magazine for what Magnet Magazine simply calls "gorgeous and evocative."

IFC just premiered the band's video for "Nothing Is Anything (Without You)" - one of 11 tracks from the Dave Fridmann (MGMT, The Flaming Lips) and Tony Doogan (Belle & Sebastian, Mogwai) produced album.

Take a look at the video HERE:

To get fans excited for the upcoming tour dates, Wintersleep is currently giving away Hello Humbonus track "Martyr," for free download:

Watch Wintersleep perform fan favorite "Weighty Ghost", a song that won the band a Juno Award for "Band of the Year" and earned them slots opening up for Paul McCartney and Pearl Jam, on The Late Show with David Letterman -
