Neurosonic launches lip-synching contest

Bodog Music recording act Neurosonic's hit single "So Many People" is a scathing indictment of pre-fabricated, lip-synching pop artists. With Britney Spears' latest lip-synching gaffe in the news - as well as Ashlee Simpon's SNL blunder - Neurosonic thought it was time for their fans to show these fakers exactly how it's done.
To enter Neurosonic's "So Many People" lip-synching contest, fans must add Neurosonic to their Myspace friends and then post a video of a lip-synched version of the song on www.myspace.com/neurosoniclipsync. Neurosonic will be searching through the videos to find the best one!
Prizes for the best video include the winner's choice of one Apple iPhone, Sony PS3, or Nintendo Wii; a Bodog Poker chipset; and autographed copy of Neurosonicâb'™s Drama Queen CD. Runner-up prizes include a Bodog Poker chipset and autographed copy of Drama Queen. Ten more contestants will win autographed copy of Drama Queen and a Neurosonic T-Shirt. Neurosonic will also be choosing the worst, most hilarious and most innovative videos. Random winners in these categories will also win a copy of Drama Queen and Neurosonic T-Shirt.
"So Many People" is poised to be the rock song of the summer and is already receiving heavy spin at radio stations nationwide. The track specifically targets Ashlee Simpson and in Simpson's home state of Texas, KEYJ Program Director exclaims, "If you don't believe me then listen to it and throw up the Frank Pain salute! These guys are F***king badass, you can't help say F**k yeah. This song is contagious!"
The release of Neurosonic's single coincides with the band's massive summer touring schedule. Neurosonic will be on road with Unwritten Law for a nationwide trek starting June 6 in Agoura Hills, CA. After that, the band makes its debut on The Family Value's main stage this summer, sharing the bill with Korn, Evanescence and more. That tour launches July 20 in Maryland Heights, MO.
Neurosonic is critically lauded for seamlessly combining genres, from hard rock/metal, to pop and industrial. Fronted by the explosive Jason Darr, this band thrives in a live setting, blending heavy guitar riffs with infectious pop moments.
Don't pass up your chance to lip-synch to "So Many People" and to see Neurosonic live!
