HorrorPops to headline Hootenanny

When HorrorPops hit the road, they're deadly serious about putting on a full throttle rock n roll extravaganza complete with flying instruments, sing-alongs and bass thumping, graveyard stomping sex appeal.

"There is a big difference between the live act and the band," singer/bassist Patricia notes. "As much time and energy as we put into creating the songs, we also care a lot about the live performance. It's really important for us to put on a great show. We take pride in bringing some kind of spectacle to the stage."

It's these raucous performances that have won the band die hard fans across the globe. On the heels of tours with Danzig, Dropkick Murphys, Warped Tour as well as a slew of full blown stadium shows with The Offspring, HorrorPops have proved they can and will convert all sorts of crowds with their infectious new wave rockabilly sound.

"It feels like we've accomplished what we set out to do which is crush genres," Patricia explains.

HorrorPops are currently gearing up to take their unique brand of rock and roll barbarism on the road once again, bringing a sexy subversive brand of entertainment to dancehalls and nightclubs across America. It's only fitting that the mayhem starts in that infamous den of sin Las Vegas and climaxes at that almightiest of Hotrod greaser fests The Hootenanny nestled in the scorched hills of the band's adopted home base of Southern California. Be sure to check out HorrorPops latest disc, Kiss Kiss Kill Kill, then stock up on hairspray, locate a good bail bondsman and get ready to rock.
