American scene painting, Regionalism and the work of WPA artists of the 1930s inspires the current work of Pasadena artist Kenton Nelson whose subjects are often iconic images of Southern California life and style.
Lecture: $12, free to Friends of the Gamble House (FoGH) members. Studio tour: $20, $15 to FoGH members.
