War and Tower of Power at San Manuel Feb. 17
February 17, 2011, San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino welcomes one of the most popular funk groups of the 70’s, WAR, to the San Manuel stage, along with Tower of Power, who is defined by their ‘urban soul’ music.
