Ah yes! The Cinema Bar in Culver City. I'm quite familiar with the place, having gone there for many Chaos Band gigs and even to see the Dime Box Band. It's hosted several "Adam Marsland's Seventies Sessions", where numerous local artists have performed their favorite songs from that decade. I usually try to get Adam to do "Stuck in the Middle", which has a great guitar break for Evie to get into her "Guitar Goddess" mode.
I highly recommend doubling your listening pleasure by catching Rick Shea and David Serby at the Folk Music Center.
You can also catch Shea at Club 322 in Sierra Madre 8-11 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month.
