A$AP Rocky adds tour dates

Hip Hop’s golden child A$AP ROCKY recently added new dates to his much anticipated Scion Presents LIVELOVEA$AP Tour, which now includes stops in Oakland, CA and Santa Ana, CA. The tour, which launched this past Friday at the Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel in Providence, RI , features special guests ScHoolboy Q, Danny Brown and hip-hop collective,A$AP Mob. Since the initial tour announcement earlier this summer, shows began to sell out, such as Vancouver’s The Vogue Theatre, the legendary Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles and the famed Roseland Ballroom, located in Rocky’s hometown, New York City.

On the strength of his self-released mixtape, LIVELOVEA$AP, and his Polo Ground Music/RCA Records debut single, the Hit-Boy produced, “Goldie, the ever so stylish A$AP Rocky has made an impact globally with recent nominations from MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA) and BET Hip Hop Awards. Rocky earned a “Best Look” MTV EMA nomination for his impressive sense of fashion as highlighted in recent issues of Vogue, GQ, Complex and more.  The Harlem native also received an impressive six BET Hip Hop Awards nominations including: “Rookie of the Year,” “Best Live Performer,” “Best Mixtape” (LiveLoveA$AP), “Made You Look Award” (Best Hip-Hop Style), and “Best Hip Hop Video” and “Video Director Of The Year” (with Samantha Lecca) for the mesmerizing, “Goldie. The 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards will air on October 9th at 8p/ 7c and will be hosted by actor/comedian Mike Epps.  The 2012 MTV EMA will be held in Frankfurt, Germany at Festhalle on November 11th.
