Bernie Pearl in Arcadia Oct. 19

This coming Friday, October 19, the Bernie Pearl Blues Band will perform at blues hot spot, the Arcadia Blues Club (ABC).

The show opens at 8:00 with the Bobby Bluehouse Band, then we follow at 9:00. For all the fans of acoustic country blues, Mike and I will open our first set with a selection of some of the songs we played in the Delta. Then it'sboogie, oogie, woogie as Albert fires up his drums, Hurricane blows up a storm on his tenor, and super gittar-man Big T DeRouen sets his strings ablaze! It ain't nothin' but a two band blues party!

Special, special, special, Friday Night Only!

Each paid admission will receive a free copy of the newly reissued CD masterpiece, "Papa Blues", which I produced and the BPBB played on behind the great violinist Papa John Creach. Recorded over 20 years ago, it has stood the test of time. One review said, "This is the album for which he should be remembered". Amen.

Free, free, free "Papa Blues" CD with paid admission.

$10 at the door, $5 advance. Music until midnight.

Alcohol and food is available, dancing is encouraged, and letting the good times roll is compulsory. I Hope you'll join us.
