UK artist Chad Valley will be returning to LA on Saturday, October 27th for an in-store at Touch Vinyl and Monday, October 29th at Bardot in support of his forthcoming Young Hunger LP (out 10/30 on Cascine) feat. Glasser, Twin Shadow, Active Child and more. Doors at 9pm.
Chad Valley is Hugo Manuel of Oxford, UK's Jonquil and the Blessing Force collective, and his debut full-length, Young Hunger, features collaborations with Twin Shadow, Glasser, Active Child (whom he toured with in the US last year along with Friendly Fires) and El Perro Del Mar, among others. After touring the states and Asia, Hugo did a string of remixes for Noah & The Whale, The Drums and Lana Del Rey in between lengthy stints in the studio putting the finishing touches on this album. He'll be back in the states next week for CMJ with a short US tour to follow.
