WHAT: The Dining Room at The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa is pleased to announce a wine dinner featuring exclusive wines by Sonoma County winemaker Eric Kent.
· Dinner will showcase award-winning Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Eric Kent Wine Cellars. Winemaker will also discuss the winemaking process and the distinctive traits of each varietal.
· Chef de Cuisine Craig Strong will custom pair a tasting menu to complement each wine.
· Special room rate extended to wine dinner guests - $150 for deluxe guest room.
