Susana Baca was asked to appear in front of the Peruvian Congress to present her program as Minister of Culture of Peru on August 23rd and the date cannot be moved. She has been ordered to present her credentials and her plan for next year. This will cause a serious wrinkle in the tour but is an unavoidable circumstance that could not be anticipated. For this reason she will have to cancel the Los Angeles concert on August 23rd
